For $30, it's hard to build anything cheaper and better than Rhino Ramps. I don't use them for oil changes though as my L's not lowered and I can reach the filter and drain plug without having to raise it. You should change the oil when it's hot - so one thing I do is loosen the filter about 1/4 of a turn when it's cold - then run it up to temperature. The filter is real easy to get off then - you just want to make sure you don't spill a lot of hot oil on yourself. I use a total of 6 qts. Also, after you change and run it to check for leaks - shut it down to let the oil drain back into the pan - and then check and "note" the oil level your dipstick. Thats your "full" mark.

you can just take it in any container. The oil pan i use is basically fully sealed except a quarter sized hole in the center to let the oil in and then a pour nozzle with a screw cap. I just take the whole thing to autozone and drain it directly into their tank.

From: Colorado,
Put on a show for your neighbors. Just drive two wheels up on the sidewalk and leave two in the street. It will give you the extra room to crawl under. Make sure you have everything you need work fast and you will be done in 15 minutes.

My 99 drain plug came magnetic

I have a friend who drains his oil and dumps the whole thing in his fuel tank in his Dodge Diesel Cummins. He has over 300k miles with out overhaul and original injector pump!!!!!

One last thing -- make sure to wear the appropriate protective gear.

I have a 2002 f-150 4wd, so I don't need ramp's to change the oil. One little trick I do is, l fill the new filter up to three quarters full with the new oil before I put the filter back on the engine.

should be top center of the radiator. Should have a label on it that says do not remove, but im not even sure if the truck has a cap. Either way, yes fill through the reservoir, just check it after you go through a couple hotcycles to make sure it remains full.

There's no cap on the radiator itself, you do all of your refilling through the coolant reservoir cap. Pour it in there and your radiator fills up.

How do you change windshield wiper blades. I put Armor All on them to make them shiney for the car show and now they don't work so well.

I tried changing them on my Mom's Corrola once, but I stabbed myself in the head with the blade. It's hard to reach them while they are on.

Where is the blinker fluid reservoir? Do muffler bearings need to be rotated?

I use 6qt's total. 1/2 in the filter and the other 5 1/2 in the engine
thats cool. sounds good now at 6 quarts. The only reason I asked was because I've even heard of some putting in 5 1/2 to cut down on some of the oil being sucked up into the intake...
