Great job Don I hope to be up there with you soon, but with the weather getting hot here I am not sure if I can do it in the heat. However I am very happy for you and it has been a long time coming.

Thanks everyone, you are all great

The only thing I don't understand, every time I get a better ET the MPH get lower

When I ran 11.1, I was allmost 125 at 11.0, I was 124, now at 10.90 I am at 122.18

Nice job Don
It was always in the truck, it must have been the driver

Now you got me re-thinking those front coil springs.........

...possibly better 60' times = less spin = less mph ? Either way, a 10.90 is nothing to sneeze at!

Today was one hell of a awesome day, I don't think anything could make me feel much better than I di right now.

As Vinnie said I ran the same as I do on the street, put race fuel, the slicks on and go. I was planning on removing the sway bar but by the time I got fuel and got through tech it was allmost time to go.

I had been thinking today was going to be the day for a few days. Ever since I ran the 6.97 1/8 mile two weeks ago I knew the new slicks and suspension was my missing link that I did over the winter. I saw the weather forcast a few days ago and it looked like we would have simillar weather today. Well I was right the weather was real good, and the track was hooking awesome.

When I made the pass I knew it hooked good, but I never thought in a million years it was a 1.501 60 foot time. It pulled good all the way down the track, and as I crossed the finish line I peeked at the scoreboard. You usually can't see it, but in the corner of my eye I saw 10 9 something. I hit the brakes ripped my helmet off and started going nuts. When I got the ticket I saw the 10.909 and I knew for sure it was official.

I know a lot of you have been busting my ***** all last year, and this year. Saying when are you going to get that truck into the 10's. Well today was the day, and I am one happy ****.

Congrats Don..............U.............DA...............MA NNNNNNNNNNNN........
