I need to start by telling you guys I just purchased one of those Here..Hemi..Hemi.. decals. Okay now to the story. I was heading North on the Jersey Turnpike to work and just passed exit 4 when it goes into 3 lanes. I was in the center lane doing about 75 when I came upon and passed a blue Dodge Hemi in the right lane. He must of been going between 70-75. I keep the cruise on and continue up the highway merging into the far left lane when I look into the rearview and see this Dodge hauling as* towards me. As he passes me on the right he's mouthing something and waving as to say "come on" and he pulls away. Me not to be one to pass up a good time nail it and in no time am on his as@ and beyond I slow a little to give him some more and we go at it again. I finally slow down and don't see him anywhere in sight. I called the wife to tell her of my childish ways and as I'm on the phone he finally reappears. He's pull up along side all nice and gentle this time and just stares at the truck, I didn't get a thumbs up or anything. It was great though. Just thought I would share my story. I was pretty pumped. SRT10's are one thing but some of these Dodge guys think the Hemi is the cats meow and it was fun to show one the truth. He didn't have a chance in hell.

 

good kill story. when will they ever learn. can't wait til the gen 3 comes out, they will be wondering why gen 2 and 3 kick their a#@.

So what, the Hemis are slow. One of the company trucks, an 00 C3 seirra smokes them all day long. 6.0L AWD 320HP 380TQ 5210LBS with full tank of fuel. Runs 15.2's stock. After exhaust and KN it ran 14.9's gives the dodge boys fits, as it makes less power, and a lot of it is eaten through the transfercase. But it will not spin the tires for the life of it.
