i need help getting the stock upper off will any auto part store have the pulleyremover? or where can i find one?thanks

 

Not sure if any of the big autoparts stores have them. The tuners here do. I've used the one that JLP sells and it works well.

 

I have the same problem. I have a 2.8 on the way and have no puller to instal it.

 

do not use a pulley you find at an auto parts store. the proper pullers can be rented from various websites. do a search for web stores that carry grand prix gtp pullies. the puller is the same. i have a puller, but i usually don't loan it out to people as it's easy to screw it up and the parts for it are expensive. i would rent mine out for a deposit of the cost of a new puller (refundable after return) +$25 + shipping if someone is interested
