Question Ram Air Scoop and Lowered Trucks

I just installed the FRPP 1/2 lowering kit, and now my JLP ram air scoop bottoms out on some driveways, speedbumps, etc. Those with a lowered truck and scoop, what are you doing to prevent this? relocate the scoop? shave off the bottom of it? nothing?

I can't imagine how bad it would be with a 3/4 drop.

thanks.

I relocated my PSP scoop even before lowering my truck. It was very obvious and looked just a little too "tacked" on for me. I had read on a previous post somewhere that Sal said you can raise them without affecting their functionability, so I fabricated/adjusted the brackets and raised it about two inches.

I've got the JLP scoop, and even on a stock front height truck it scrapes if I'm not careful. I trimmed off the lower flat lip, up to the scoop mouth, helped some.
