SVTCUSTOMS.COM Problems

I'd like to warn everyone to stay away from these clowns. A quick search says I'm not the first to have a huge problem with them.

Another extremely unsatisfied customer of SVTCUSTOMS.COM

Heres the story:

I ordered "Fast" overlays more than 8 months ago, I did receive them but they were for a Mustang.

No problem, my fault. I contacted Terry and shipped them back plus paid extra for Lightning size.

Thats it. Never received anything after a ridiculous amount of emails, mostly unanswered and a few retarded excuses.

I will complain to Paypal on a weekly basis about this (not that it will help).

Any suggestions on what else to do. (Other than post this message on every message board they cater to)

Thanks Guys, Chris

If you search around here, there is a thread that contains his phone #. I too had problems but he was a whole different person on the phone and resolved it after a couple of tries. It also didn't hurt that I threatened his life.

Dealt with him twice, both were smooth transactions.

We've ordered our local club decals from them a couple times now, and have never had any issues. These have been order greater than 50 items.

Quality and level of service have been top notch!

I'm happy that some people did get their orders, but like I said; They are unreliable and have zero communication.

MasterVtech, any idea where that phone number is?

I've bought quite a few things from him with zero problems. I also supplied the original measurements for the 03 Cobra overlays for which he sent me a few samples including the one on the car right now.

Quality has always been top notch. It's too bad some have experienced problems, his kind of business depends almost entirely on repeat customers and word of mouth advertisement.

It took 2 months & 10 days to get good overlays from him.
would I order from him again? only if I really really had to have something.

Here's a funny one, a copy and paste directly from svtcustoms.com:

All orders are important to us and to you, we strive to ship all items in 2 to 5 business days, if an item is delayed it will ship within 10 days at the most. We keep most all items in stock unless we are hit with a large order and we replenish our stock as needed. If you have any questions, feel free to email us with and special requests.
