I recently installed the Stull Billet Grill. I like the look, it fit okay, but the fargin thing whistles when I drive. Between 20mph and 40mph it kinda humms. Sounds like a hub bearing or something. Later when I get up to 70 or 80mph is whistles like crazy. You can clearly hear when I go through a tunnel or under an overpass.

Now for the diagnostic procedure: I taped on a hefty like garbage bag over the grill, drove the truck and, no whistle. Took the bag off and the whistle is back. Now I`m S.O.L. cause I can`t even put the stock grill back on because I had to cut the tabs off of the grill bezle to mount the Stull unit on.
