We need a cop on the forum. They tend to be helpful in the law area. I used to do security work with cops that worked in the hood. They were my fave to work with. I called them ghetto busters.

welcome to the club.

in this order:

1. Factory Tech Valve body with deep 4x4 transpan.
2. Some type of traction bar (need to be safe before you make it faster) (lakewoods are $99 new)
3. 4# lower pulley
4. NGK tr-6 plugs
5. CHIP or PCM reflash
***you'll need to do #3,4,5 at same time.

Exhaust will do nothing except change the sound.
Next I'd add electric fan with diff. water pump.

This should put you solidly in the mid 12's.

LASTLY, if you look in the classifieds here or www.nloc.net/forums you should be able to buy the chip and pulley cheap. I'm hesitant about buying a USED valve body, but others have had success.
Yep what he said.

You can get this from JDM, PSP, JLP, Toyer preformance, and Chickenears

oh yeah if a warrenty is a major concern for you, I would get a tuner, like a predator or sct 9100 instead of a chip. Good luck and welcome aboard.
