There was someone who posted a while back that he was getting rid of his L to buy a C6. Does anybody remember who it was? I've done a search and can't find the person.

Also interested in hearing from anyone who has a C5. How would you compare ride quality and comfort to our L's?

Both my brothers had vette's. C5's. They actually ride really good for bein such a good handling car. Very firm, and solid, but will not rattle the crap out of you. Soaks up bumps without any hassle. Id say its more comfortable than our c5's.

 

04 Cobra!

 

Thanks for the hint, but I sell and drive them all the time. I had a '98 Cobra, not nearly as fast, but far more comfortable. I've had 3 Vettes, but haven't driven a C5. I've heard they're way nicer. Was just looking for input from the L community.

 

I used to have an electron blue 2001 automatic C5, I loved it and still miss it to this day. The ride and handling was very very nice. Take the t-tops off in the sunny Florida weather and you really couldn't beat it. But thats just my opinion, you'd have to drive it to see if you like it. Handling was much much tighter than our trucks at least compared to my 01 L. Any other questions let me know.
