JLP CAI kit help needed...
I have installed the JLP CAI and I have a problem:
The angle of the MAF and related intake parts does not exactly match the angle of the intake port on the JLP box.
This is causing the box to point up at an angle instead of sitting flat on the tray where the factory box used to sit.
The notch for the washer fluid tank is now rubbing with engine vibration, and is making an awful squeaking sound.
Anyone else have a problem with theirs? I am beginning to think that Ford made a few subtle changes with the '04 intake tract...
