i leaned the top part of my passenger seat forward and now it will not latch back unless i move the whole seat up to its farthest point forward and push the back of the seat all the way back to the cab then it locks. if not it just goes back forth like its not hitting the latch points.

i messed with the release handle and it seems fine.

please any help would be great...

 

all the early lightnings do that.. Just try not to use both levers to move the seat forward.
