i think you can pull it off with an eaton but it actually might end up costing more than just the KB.

Gator is @ 500/600 and we haven't left our Rods on the 1320 YET.
I say we, because I'm faster

Lean + over aggresive Tunes blow motors. As for our limits, there is no reason you can't run 475 - 500 RWHP safely
"if" you have a nice rich tune, cold plugs, and proper octane and temp, (and your timing isn't over 20 Degrees OR SOMETHING)

I feel et wise, 11.4 - 11.6 is our limit, ya you can go faster, but most that have are now running built motors.

WOW rob real cool gallery i apreciate the extra time you took for the pics during the install

i have a delima

i got a friend with a srt-10 he has a magnaflow exhaust , nitto drag tires and a 150 shot of juice (no bs here)

all this stuff he will have on real soon

i have a psp 6lb lower dual chip fast air system and nittos and track bars and colder plugs

i have a month to get ready for him
it seems to me that a kb swap might be te easyiest way to blow his doors off

one more thing this guy is a pro he used to drag race for a livin
and i am just joe shmoe, but i can get it to hook

so come on guys lets come up with something cause we are gonna video this

Heat the crap out of those nittos and get a good launch and watch him roast them his tires in your rear view. IF you want a little more go then you could get you s/c ported but itll be pushing it on a stock block

lightninquick,

How did he get around the rear brake caliper and rotor issue to get Nitto's on? I take it the nitto's are 18" and he will be installing 1500 ram series calipers and rotors? Just curiouse if you have the info. Good to know what the competition is doing...

stop hijacking other peoples threads!

Well, the KB swap will definatly give you a good gain, but are you willing to spend the money on it? As LateModel said, you could port your eaton for cheaper, but then you could lose some dependability. If you want to spend the money, the KB is the way to go, I think that is going to be my next mod and I'm all for a KB. There are other things you can do for small gains, but your going to need a big one if he is running a 150 shot of go-go juice.
