Use 50/50 water/anti-freeze mix. For the IC just open the pet**** on the heat exchanger and let it drain out. For the engine cooling system open the pet**** on the radiator. Then you need to pull out the plug on the driverside of the block and let that drain. The plug is above the oil filter.
