Question Drop Shackles/Traction Bars/Payload question

How much payload would I lose if I were to put 2" drop shackles and traction bars on? I still use the L as a work truck sometimes.

Traction bars -- none.

2" shackles -- lots. You will ride the bumpstops with a full payload.

You can install some Air Lift "Slam Air" helper airbags for about $200. That should restore the payload plus some. They are claimed to add 1,700 lbs of capacity.

Bags would help lots Wad. Kinda pricy, but worth it if you tow/haul alot of stuff.
