traction bar help

traction bar help

do the rubber stops always ride on the springs? i just installed one of them and do'not have the directions......my truck is lowered with 3" shackles in the back. thanks

WES,
NO THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO TOUCH

Some keep up to 2" spacing, I use to run @ 1-1/4" - 1-3/4"
Hit a speed bump any closer AND YOU'LL KNOW WHY.....

Wes I got the Lakewood Bars. I have a 1/2 gap on the drivers-side ans 3/8 gap on the pass-side. I`m not using slicks, so this works great for me on the street.

i was sent some shorter rubber stops with the bars. i have about an inch or so of travel now. With these and the nittos it feels like a totally different truck.

i helped QIKSLVR install his and we set his about 1/4" away from the leaf
