Western CHassis A-arms

If you have there drop a-arms do you have any problems with them squeeking. I was told that since they have urethane bushings that they sqeek badly and was wandering if they really do and if it is fixable.

Mine only squeek when I go over speed bumps. The back of my truck is what normally makes all the noise.

Get the a-arms, it's one of my favorite mods!

Proper lubrication will help with the squeaking.

The DJM arms have urethane bushings, but use a metal-sleeve-inside-a-metal-sleeve mouting arrangement to minimize any squeaking issues.

I have the Western Chassis lower arms. For a long time they drove me crazy every time i went over a speed bump or dip in railroad. I just kept them lubed up and the squeeking has slowly worked itself out. Other than the sqeeking and the fact that they don't line up with the factory sway bars or the Hotchkis sway bars, i love them.

So the western a-arms wont work with the hotchkis swaybars? Do the DJM a-arms work with the hotchkis swaybars? I was planning on getting the swaybars.

My mechanic took the shims (rubber mounts) out of the stock swaybar and the endlinks lined up perfectly afterwards. He's been doing alignments on lowered vehicle for over 20yrs.

Do you have any photos? I'm not sure what you are talking about.
