I currently live in Wyoming and am planning on putting a KB on my truck. I would like to have the bottom end built to preclude any damage. My truck is mainly street driven with just a bit of track time. About how much is the cost for building the bottom end. What parts are needed, how much will labor be, and is there anyone in possibly the Denver area that can do this? My current mods are in my sig. Any help would be great.

I'mm looking at DSS too....$6500 for a fully built block, ported heads and cams. They also have a good reputation as far as drag racing and seem to know what they are talking about if you call them.

I was thinking of doing the rods too. I can get Manley rods installed and balanced and blueprinted for $!500-$2000. Sound right or????????
