some customers and a few tuners that I know have complained of driveability issues with the 55s.

one tuner claims that they don't flow their advertised rate.

jdm sells them and alot of people use them. they and injector dude say there are no problems with this injector.

I do not have any personal experience with the 55s

I bought the 60s and have no problems with driveability concerns.

just my .02

If anyone has issues please let me know.
I welcome any feedback possible.

I have them in my 03 Cobra and it drives like stock. Chicken has them in his Lightning and his also drives like stock. There were some driveability issues early on, that had alot to do with the tune, I know JDM even had some issues.

I know, JDM, PSP and REM are all using these in Lightning with aftermarket blowers w/o any problems.

Would you please let me know which tuner says they dont flow what they are advertised?

I run them in my truck and it drives just fine.

No wierd driveability issues at all...

The tires DO seem to smoke an excessive amount, though

I really don't know much about injectors. Can someone explain to me how they are rated? I have heard that the 55's actually are rated using a higher line fuel pressure which gives them a 55psi rating. If 50psi injectors were rated using a higher fuel line pressure they would be rated at 55psi.
I would guess if a truck had drivability problems it would be due to high/low injector slopes and some other stuff.

Most all injectors are rated at 3-Bar (43.5psi)

Can you just swap injectors, or does it screw up the computer?

First of all, ask yourself if you need them ( ie. built engine and aftermarket blower )

No, you can't just put them in without having the truck "tuned"!!!

Maybe I said that wrong; I know the truck will need to be retuned, but is it driveable? Like can you put them in and drive it easy to the dyno for the tuning?

And yes; here shortly I believe I will be needing some new injectors

I don't see any problem with doing that. It may run rich...
