Unhappy Getting out of the mod game...what to do?

Well guys when I bought my truck 2 years ago my goal was to see 11's without sprying. Right now Im probably at mid to high 12s with my setup.
So as of this weekend, Im going to own my first house, and ofcourse with that comes a mortgage. So moneys going to be sorta tight for awhile.
Good news is that I dont have to get rid of the truck because it will be paid off by the end of the summer. Sure will be nice not to have that monthly payment anymore.

So what do you guys think... should I keep my mods on and be happy with 12s or put it back to stock and bank the money I make on selling the mods?

Thank fellas!
Kev

I think its up to you on what you should really do, but if you get rid of the mods can I be first in line on the Pulley and the FTVB??

Thanks

I say leave the mods. What is it gonna hurt, (besides your idea of how your truck should drive) to leave the mods on? I mean, if you take your mods off, and you are used to driving your truck with them on, you will be driving a slower truck. If you have a safe tune on your chip, I say go with it and leave it alone. Just my 2 coppers

I would keep all the mods but get your chip reburned with TQ reduction back on and swap out for a 2b pulley. This way you have mods but your a very safe modded truck

I think if you take the mods off, you'll think your L is slow as he!! and you wont be happy with it. Then you'll get tired of it and sell it. Leave the mods on and you'll be moddin again in no time.

Steady as she goes

Don't change a thing, and NEVER go slower. Your truck will be paid for soon so just chill with more upgrades for now. You'll be glad you kept your L in the long run, John H.

mods

chances are you will not make enough from selling the mods for it to be worth removing them from the truck. I would leave the mods... Only way I would sell them is if I were selling the whole truck.

JDM 4#er

I'll take this off your hands if you decide to rid yourself off your mods

Thanks for the advice guys! I think your right about if I were to take the mods off. It would seem really slow, and I wouldnt make that much money from them to really contribute to anything. Looks like Ill get a fat tune to play it safe, and have fun with the mods I have!

Thanks
Kev
