How many miles out of a set of Denso IT-22's?

Hey guys I was wondering how many miles are a set of Denso IT-22's good for? Also what is the NGK equivalent to those? I am assuming nothing has changed over the year and Denso IT 22's or equivalent are what to run with a 6# lower.

Thanks, J

I have been under the impression that densos should last a lot longer than the NGK's but that being said im putting some fresh TR6's in my truck today since the current set has about 8,000 miles on them.

BTW what gap are you running?

I ordered a set of IT-22s from Mark at LFP, and his recommended spacing is .38

My '03L has 4#, chip, intake, and ported eaton (by LFP)

So is 22000 miles on a set of IT-22's is too much? :o
I am running a .34 gap by the way.

Ford manual recommends spark plug changes at 100,000 mi but I wouldn't wait that long! Pull spark plugs out and take a look to see what signs of wear they have would be my recommendation.

Depends a lot on driving style!

I spoke with my tuner today and he said to pull them out and check them. Thats the easiest way to tell if they are still good. He said 20K is not to bad.
