If anyone here is looking for a mortgage or to refinance their current mortgage, I highly recommend you contact Tom at BLS Funding (aka HALFLIFE). Since I knew of him from F-150 Online here, I`d figure I just ask a few questions about refinancing my house for a better intrest rate. Well thats what I got, I cut my interst rate almost in half, knocked off nine years from my mortgage and also payed-off the note on my Lightning. Thats great to know but im still a few years away from buying a house lol. I think it would be nice if we had a page that had what each member did and there line of work by there s/n but this would be all voluntary.

No seriously, Tom is the way to go. He always called to give me the play by play with the paper work going through. Never had to chase the guy. He closed the deal in a week and the closing itself took about 40 minutes. I wouldn`t steer you guys wrong. If your looking to do something like this. It doesn`t hurt to call him for advice.

They'll also make a same-day decision or pay you $250. They also promise to NEVER sell your debt to anyone else as long as you hold it.

I know they will pay because the client of an agent I know found a better deal and Coldwell Banker cut the client a check. It's a pretty good deal and I've heard nothing but good things about CB Mortgage.

Look at it this way. If Halflife can beat the deal, you get a GREAT deal and an extra $500. If not, you'll save some money. It's a win-win situation for those shopping around.

Checked out the link. Not sure how long they will be in business because I am going to send everyone of my clients to them for the free $500. Their rates are way off from the industry average. I can beat most of those rates / apr by almost 1/2 % on all the rates they have posted.

I guarann-damn-tee you`ll be out the door with a $1000 bill. Service is worth something here, that`s all I`m sending out. I`d rather do business with someone I know. Especially if it`s a business I know nothing about. I did nothing with this transaction but fax over some paperwork and Tom handled the whole thing. I`m happy.

Great to hear. For as "too good to be true" as it sounds, I haven't heard anyone complain about the service if they got the deal or the payment if CB couldn't beat it. From what I understand, their purpose is to treat people as best as possible to earn repeat business for Coldwell Banker Realtors. It's all about name brand recognition. When you write checks to "Coldwell Banker" every month, you can't help but thing "Coldwell Banker" when you want to buy or sell.

Anyway, glad I could help y'all come up with a little extra "bling" money. Too bad y'all aren't in my area because there is some kind of pilot program where it's $1000 instead of $500.
