Had the baby in for it's 50K (kilometers) check up last week. Both of my fog lights were cracked, so for the heck of it I asked how much?

Ford wanted $160 per light plus an hour install time. All in for both lights, about $425 Canadian dollars. Needless to say I said No Thanks.

Ordered a pair of lights from Texas Mustang, including import fees it cost me $82 Canadian and took about 25 minutes for me to install myself.

What's up with Ford's pricing?

 

i have an 01 "L"and i would like to get 2 new ones from texas mustangs also. can you tell me which ones to get, and give me some instructions on how to install them? i would appreciate any help you could give. thanks !!

 

Just ask for replacement Lightning Fog lights. They have two models to choose from.

Aftermarket...$17.95 per
Ford Original...$29.95 per

They won't fit an 01 greased, sorry.
