Exclamation A must for ported blower owners!

It's been brought up before, but I just want to let everyone know again. If you have a ported blower (or are getting one later), you need to double check the position of your Boost Acctuator Valve. Even if you didn't take it off you should still check the adjustment as it may have gotten off during shipping.
I am saying this because I finally adjusted mine today after I've had my ported blower on for a couple months. I tried lining it up where it was from the factory when I reinstalled it, but adjusting as per Chuck's directions I noticed a nice improvement in the response of the blower. I may have even gotten a little more boost out of it but I have no aftermarket boost gauge to tell.
Those who feel that they may have not gained what they thought they should have with the porting may really want to check this out:

Scroll down about mid-page to the section "Boost Acctuator Adjustment".
Good luck

Does anyone know if the angle of the BAV has to be a certain way? You can almost adjust the angle however and still be able to barely set the arm on the stop screw. I was just wondering because mine was tilted forward from the factory and now I have it almost straight up...is that ok?
