Side Wall Height

So I've been serching the forum and I couldn't find an answer.

One- Does Bridgestone make a 295/40/R20 tire?

Two- (and most importantly) If I get a 275/45/R20 does that mean the truck will be a full two inches taller than the stock 295/45/R18's? The number 45 is the sidewall size isn't it?

Three- This truck rocks

1. No, I don't believe Bridgestone makes a 295/40R20. Goodyear makes a 295/40ZR20 in an Eagle HP Ultra, which I will likely go with when I upgrade next year. $175+S&H at Tirerack.com.

2. The number after the slash (e.g. "40" is the aspect ratio, or the sidewall height as a percentage of tire width in mm (first #). Use this link to compare various tire overall diameters (that's what really matters).
