On a personal note, I'm very glad you guys are doing this. It's a great cause.
Four years ago this month I was diagnosed with lymphoma. (old thread warning - see here ) With much support from family, friends, and the Lightning community, I'm still here. The ACS and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society were both invaluable resources.

 

wow saw lots of names i havent seen in a LONG time in that thread(been on this board longer than this screen name says, i switched a while back) also, didnt know that about ya. my mom had a bout with breast cancer around 6 years ago. a very good cause.

I think this is an excellent idea, but I can't pay anything until may 1st, so if it's still open then I'll contribute!

on a personal note, my mom has brain cancer. he got it 2 1/2 years ago and when she was diagnosed they told her she has about 6-10 months to live. imagine that! MD Anderson Cancer center in Houston is just amazing
