What kind of MPH is a 12.99 1/4?

I just ran my truck the 1st time since I did a few mods. It was at US41 last weekend, and the track was slippery.
60 ft - 1.960
1/8 - 8.579
1/8 mph- 84.89
1/4 - 13.177
1/4 mph- 107.34

This was my best time. I have a PSP 4#lower, PSP chip, Anderson Ford Power Pipe, FT valvebody. It was run on stock tires, no drag radials.

Do you think this could be a 12 second run if I were to hook in 2nd and 3rd gear? I was having problems spinning all over when it shifted into 2nd and 3rd gear. It would spin through 3rd, and then hook and downshift back down for some reason.

Also, every run I had a problem right off the line. I would ease into it, then mash it and the truck would bog down for a second, then get going again. I would actually see the RPM's drop down to @ 2000. Think this is a chip problem? Maybe a plug problem? It felt like an untuned, way fat carburated car. I still have the stock plugs. Im lookin into gettin the IT22's or whatever, but haven't done it yet.

Yes 12 sec easy. Your 1/8 th mile was a little slow but your 107 MPH is a 12 easy! I was running 12's at 105.5-106 mph all day last year.

It was a cold day kind of. It was @ 55 I think. So if it ever warms up, it should slow down the MPH.

yup

I too, agree. That is a 12 second run. Your 60's aren't hight enough...along with directly affecting the 1/8 mile. That same run with a 1.90ish 60 probably would have done it
