Don’t you think your being a bit “harsh”? What I get from Rob’s post is simple:

A guy who loves the chit out of his truck and enjoys every minute of anything involved with the Lightning. I am the same way. I haven’t seen any of Rob’s post put anybody down (being serious, he jokes with Gator and most people know he and Gator are good friends) and they have all been in good nature (at least all the ones I have read) and there usually funny as hell…

If Rob’s post bug you so much just simple stop reading them. There is a way to completely block out someone you don’t like, in other words you would never see their post. Maybe try that but damn no need to be so harsh towards someone who is simple having some fun…

 

I hear ya.. I don't dislike Rob.. and I agree some of his posts are both funny and educational. But some of his antics at times seem childish, if I didn't know better, I would think he was a kid. As you can tell from my post count, over 3 years, I dont get involved too often, but for whatever reason I felt like giving Rob some sh*t, nothing personal. I neither know Rob nor run 11’s so I’m in no place to talk any trash. No disrespect meant Rob.

 

Lets see. Rob is too cheap to call me(If I don't call him, we would NEVER talk), Hes from N.Y., Hes a LOONY and worst of all, He still has a Stock exhaust.

**Playing Second Fiddle To ME.....Yet Again**

 

I am a kid Black, a 43 yr old kid at that. I'd be the first to say it.
Don't worry bout dis-ing me, there are no rules that say
you have to like me, read my post, or agree with them. This is a free forum for people to speak freely.

And for the people that REALLY know me, they know I am exactly what Sport just explained. Just a single Dad that gets to play on the puter late night, early morning, and a little inbetween at work.
My L is my pride and joy outside my Son (of course you can not compare those type's of Love, but you know what I mean)
I eat schitt and sleep Lightning, to me it's the best of the best.
Before that it was 50 or 60 other performance vehicles I owned

As for making my truck faster, in time, but unfortunatly not now.
For me all it takes is $2.39 for jets, but I will not run more than 75HP + 6lbs on the Stock block. I have reached all my goals and would die happy if I never went faster than the 11.8. For now it's only a matter of time until she goes Boom if I keep pushing it more. I simply can not afford to do that this season. I simply want to back up some 11's and WHOOP GATORS BUTT WHILE DOING IT.

As for my Pal Gator, no matter who wins, I will continue to talk schitt, cause thats just the way I am. Gator is one of the many true friends I have connected with here and he has one serious kick a$$ Lightning, ""The whole package"".
I love his truck and wish mine had 1/2 the stuff he does.
Quite fankly after the winter from hell we just came through,
I happen to think these post have brought new life back into the Forums. It's racing time again and I'm so happy I can just schitt.

Bottom line, He got me at cecil, I got him at Eng Town, now it's best out of 3. After talking with him today there is no doubt he has been a busy man lately and indeed has a few new Mods, he also sticks to his words that he is making insane boost and it's over 25LBS. Does that scare me NO, does it mean he has a chance of winning this round, YES it does, but it doesn't mean he is gonna win, AND I WILL NOT SHUT UP IF HE DOES
