I have a 2" drop on mine and I needed to compensate the rear sway bar. I picked up some end links for about $70 and installed in about 30 min. Worked well.

I measured up an inch and a half from the stock hole for the swaybar end link, drilled a new hole, (there is stuff behind the drivers frame rail so be careful) and moved the stock links up. It was free.

Just level the anti-sway bar, then use the bolt end to scribe an arc on the frame goo (AKA Ford undercoating). Then use a punch to make a starter hole and drill.
