1-yes
2-yes 4 is a little safer, but 6 would be ok for a daily driver, will need a new belt
3-still unsure about the preditor. I think the Superchips custom programer will be better. Talk to Mike Troyer
4- yes don't know that you need the fans
5-yes
6-yes
7-yes, sounds awesome
8- yes, Boost is enough

How about a filter, electric fan, and Cobra water pump.

Looks OK. I'd make the following recommendations:
1. FTVB - good. $270
2. Pulley - good. 4# is safer. $220 incl. gatorback belt.
3. Predator - OK $400+. Don't use the preset tunes. Get a custom tune from Sal or someone here. Or go with a Mike Troyer SCT tuner.
4. Heat exchanger - I'd wait on this.
5. Shackles - good. $100+ from JLP
6. Trac bars - not worth it unless you have slicks
7. Bassani - I'd go with Magnaflow for $295+S&H instead
8. Gauges - boost, A/F, trans temp. Cost varies.

Thanks for the replies. I am definitely going with the Bassani Catback, one of my buddies had one and it sounds awesome. Don, what is the benefit of the SCT? Also how much do think those mods would cost with a 4# lower?
Thanks again,
Simon

1. Definately...best mod I've done so far
2. Yes...I had a 4, went to a 6, might as wel go there cause you'll want it eventually
3. Yes...I have the predator, I like it. Either way you need to get a new tune, either a chip or tuner
4. I'm not sure how much a heat exchanger costs, but I would think that money would be better spent on porting your blower (personal preference)
5. Yes...makes the truck look alot better!!
6. I don't have them, I think I want them, but I've heard they don't do much unless you're runnin slicks...
7. Yes...I ahve it and it sounds great!!
8, I have a two guage Lo-Tek pod with a boost and A/F (gadgetseller modified) gauges. I like them...but it's all preference...There are gauges that would be more informative like water temp, fuel pressure, etc)...

good luck!

-dennis

edit...saw you next post, I don't ahve an e-fan...they;re more for guys who can't make much more power...not much bang for the buck...but if you got the buck then who cares?!?!

JDM Electric fan kit is top-notch, great wiring kit and really good instructions. I have heard LFP is a great kit also...
