Bubble in rear window frame????

I was just putting on a coat of 303 on all my plastic and when I got to the outside rear window frame I noticed it had a bubble down on the bottom that moved when I rubbed it. About the size of dime. Wish I had a camera!

I thought it was a hunk of solid vinyl. I was thinking of poking it with a pin to let the gas or whatever out.

Have you guys seen this and what did you do about it other than have the dealer replace it under warranty?

I don't have that luxury or curse however you put it. I just hate to see it get worse. What is that frame made out of if it isn't solid plastic?

It is in dirct sunlight. I am also finding new flaws in the paint. Just a little pimple like spot raised up in the paint. Try as I may I can't keep anything nice for long it seems.
