Just got back from the track.......Bradenton, FL

Well guys, I had a great night at the track. My trucks' mods are: Predator, K&N panel filter w/ holes in bottom of air box, and heavy 20" Enkei wheels.

1st Run: 60' 2.127
1/4et 13.509 @ 102.90

2nd Run: 60' 2.168
1/4 13.614 @ 102.90

3rd Run: 60' 2.174
1/4 13.636 @ 102.14

4th Run: 60' 1.979
1/4 13.375 @ 102.57

It was excellent weather, on the 4th run my outside temp. guage read 55*.

There were a few other L's there. Namely, MISTERGadget (sp?) who ran his first 1/4 ever with a 12.91. Correct me if I'm wrong Mathias..........

There were also 2 SRT10s there, a red one and a black one. I only saw the red one run, I think he only ran a best of 14.2.........Spun hard as he11 out of the hole................

Let me know your thoughts on my best times ever with my truck!

Nice numbers. they are just about right for your mods and traction. If you can lower thos 60 foot times (I ran 1.82 on stock rubber) then oyu will have some killer times. Although your 60 foots are not too bad for 20" wheels

Its too bad you didnt have the SRT-10 on video... I am very interested in seeing everyone run. I cant wait for a few more months to pass so I can see if mid 13's to low 14's is the norm for these things.

Congrats ont he numbers!

Predator

Did you tune it on a dyno, or does Predator (vendor/people) pre-program it for you?

Those are great times especially since you don't have a pulley.

I was there with MISTERgadget, I got both of the SRT10's on video, the red one ran a best of 14.2, and the Black one ran a best of 13.8 from the runs that I filmed. It was really friggin cold out, low 50's. And yes that is cold for Florida. I had a good time, I didn't run though I'm just stock, I think I could have taken one of the SRT's though but who knows. Hopefully gadget can post up one of the vids, peace.

Congrats on the numbers! Could run a 13.0 with 1.8 60 fts which are very obtainable on F1's. Sounds like the weather was nice and cool too.

Oh...and I was under the impression that Gadget's truck was fast

rkoenig for just having a Tune + Drop in filter,
I think you did awesome

Borrow a set of slicks, get that 60 to 1.6 / 1.7
and you may have a 12.9 in that bad boy

Thanks guys for all the replys!

Yeah, I'm really happy with my times as well. I went to the track with the expectation of running a best of around 13.5 - 13.6. I even hot lapped, almost, my 3rd and 4th runs. When I got my time slip at the end of the 4th run and I saw 13.3, I was really surprised and I had to do a double take.

Okay, now I've really got the bug. I spoke to a few people at the track who suggested that I get a 4lb pulley, I may just have to do that.

12s, here I come!!!! On 20s no less!!!!
