Now I have to look at SILVER Ls for the month.

Luckily my B-day is on the 12th and there is NO Silver L s on that day. Dodged a bullet (Silver bullet...Get it.LOL) that day.

Me too. I am starting to love silver for some reason. There is a guy that has one right down the street. I think its looks are rubbing off on me.

 

Beware!
I've had two instances in the last two months of service malpractice.
In February my L died on the highway and I had it towed to a dealer I knew. First mistake! After two weeks and $2000 I got it back. For that money they replaced the PCM and fuel pump.
I have spoken to several Ford Tech's since and they just shook their heads and said no way. One even suggested that they probably found the problem after changing those things. When I asked JL he said it might have been as simple as a hose having fallin off the fuel pump.
Last week my daughter in law took her 98 Cobra in to have the plugs changed (my son is in Iraq) and a power steering leak fixed. She expected it to cost around $500.
The estimate came back at $2,800. "Two bent axles, replace power steering pump, replace hydro-booster, replace steering rack and turn rear brakes. She almost had a breakdown.
She took it to an independent shop and they replaced a hose. No more leak. $87.95!!

Hey Vinnie, I knew there was a reason why we get along so well. My B-Day is April 12th also. My Birthday mod "WASP" is supposed to be getting installed this Sunday.
