Does the regular F150 have the same bolt pattern as the lightning?

Since someone already started a post about regular f-150 wheels, I thought Id ask somethin'. I have a set of the chrome 17 in wheels and would like to put slicks on a pair. Should I do this on a near-stock-L-that-will-soon-be-modified

, or should I just go with a drag-radial? If so, where should I get them?
