Belltech makes a 3" drop shackle, I just found out today. Should lower an 03 or 04 about the same as a 2" shackle on a pre 03. (and they don't cost 109 ).

Not sure where to get them online, but if interested, I can get a price tomorrow thru a buddy (shipping and waiting required).
