28 x 10 x 16 Hoosiers
16 x 10 inch wheel if you go 15 inch you have to grind calipers.
Far as cheapest try your local speed shop and go for some eagle 058's and ask if they can get Blems. I did and gotem for 75 bux apice new, like maybe one hair scratch on them.
other than that the rest of the boys can chime in on where they found them on the internet.
I think Outrageous is the best price on the slicks..
