Looking for anyone in the Seattle area that can do some work on my truck for a decent price or point me in the right direction. I don't mind if it's a dealership as long as you've had good service from them....
My truck is bucking and missing right at the 1.5k rpm range in third gear. Totally bizarre symptom because it idles perfect cold or hot and runs like a champ when I get on it. I have no mods on this truck. The Check engine light just came on after about a week of this symptom. I thought it was just bad gas?

how many miles on your truck? Maybe a bad gas filter. Check out the Washington Lightning owners forum on the NLOC......

My truck has 30,000 miles on it and it's a 2000...I don't think I've changed anything on it since the 15,000 miles warranty so that would be problem number 1. It looks like there could be a slew of random problems from what I see on this board but the fuel filter is the first stop.
