apten ported eatons

I started to put my Apten ported on when I noticed the upper pulley was larger than my stock. I measured both pulleys and found out the blower was from a Harley-Davison Eaton blower, so anyone not satisfied with there out come of power, it might be because your getting 2 less lbs. of boost.

I'm very happy with the blower so for, but I had to trade snouts, because I couldn't get the pulley off of the Harley-Davison Eaton blower.

I've only got up to 4000-4500 rpm and the whine is great. Even with the almost bald Nitto regular 555. I'm hearing tire sqealing when before I just spun quietly. I'm more than full weight. Also I live where asphalt is norm and some are more full of gravel or a smooth survice.

I scared some family people several times just down shifting half throttle!

This is almost like adding a pulley and chip.

I'm going to talk to Apten about this Friday.

I hope this helps some people!

? does only using only the upper stock with a K&N zipped tied better than the stock cold air and a K&N with a hole with a hose down to the ground better?????

From: Colorado,
Are you telling me that if I send my Eaton in to get ported I might get back someone elses?

I don't like the sound of that! On the other hand my teflon is coming of my rotors...

EZGZ, I did a trade, so I 'm sending my Lightning blower with a Harley-Davison upper pulley put on my Lightning blower back.

2 lbs. boost is close too 20 h.p. and 15-20 ft-lbs of torque and that means a lot to some one that gives $600 to something.

I hope this helps!

$599 has always been the price. $449 was the GP price in January
