Aren't winter programs supposed to be less power than summer programs? Isn't some timing pulled out and A/F richened slightly to allow safety in colder temps?
Do you know the specific stats on your program. Timing & final A/F.

iam kinda dumb when it comes to that stuff.
jdm programmed the chip i slapped it in
i was told by them to run 100 octane when i run that side of the chip to
