What else for an eingine build?

What else do I need for a short block.
I just hooked up with a guy today that has allot of experience building modular Ford motors. He has not done one specifically for an L yet but has build a few 03 cobra motors already and others. He has built a few 7 and 8 second motors for mustangs that I know. Anyway he is only going to charge 300 to assemble and 250-275 for the machine work (hone, deck, blue print, etc...)
(I think that is a deal how about you guys) All I would have to do is provide the parts. I would love to get the block from a tuner but I think I will save a ton of cheese doing this deal.

If I use my stock block and I buy a kit from one of the tuners what else do I need to finish it. I have to give this guy everything except the tools. Or is there anything I should upgrade while the engine is out? oil pump??etc...(not talking about heads /cams, etc..)

What would I need besides these

Head Stud Kit $220.00 Yes
5 Manley H-Beam Rods $599.00 Yes
6 CP Forged Pistons $730.00 Yes
7 Plasma Moly Rings $95.00 Yes
8 Intake and Exhaust valves $280.00 Yes
9 Main Stud Kit $115.00 Yes
91 Polished Aluminum Valve Cover

or this kit:
ARP Head Studs
ARP Main Studs
Custom CP Pistons
FMS High Volume Oil Pump
Manley Forged H-beam Connecting rods
ModMax Plasma Moly Ring set
Performance Main Bearings
Performance Rod Bearings
