Hey guys my boost has been weird so i have been doin some research and i think it is this..But when i went to adjust mine today it is not sitting on the stop in fact with the bolts totally loose it still wont come close to sitting on the stop when the truck is off any ideas?

 

when the bolt is fully loose it should sit completly on the stop and have some preload in it( acutuator already pressed somewhat. I have a spare eaton sitting in my garage and i can take some pics of how it works if you need it.

 

I have had the bolts fully loose will not sit on it, if its not to much trouble can u take a pic so i can bring it with me to my dealer and show them how it should be thanks

 

I think if I had to do that I would find another dealer.
