Nitrous Installs......?

What are the opinions on who makes the better nitrous kit for the L's? Might be looking to purchase one soon and just doing some research.

And does anyone have pictures of their installs?

I have a almost brand new NX wet kit that came with my L when I bought it, I don't plan to spray so I be selling it. It has the bottle warmer and pressure guage and I have the pills for a 35-50 and 75 shot. It has a really clean set up on the out side as well as in. I'll get some pics after I get home from work.

I've got the NX complete kit from Sal @ PSP. I've prolly had it sitting around the house for 6 months or more.

I'll be installing it THIS WEEK!

up to 150 shot!

NX says it'll do 200, but should that be necessary, I may need to upgrade nozzles. I think it's from the Shark to the Piranna nozzle?

I'm hoping the 150 should be more than enough to get me where I want to be.

later,
chris

Great pictures in your gallery Rob....thanks!

Is the ZEX kit better then the NX or NOS kits?
People seem to say it's a lot easier to hook up?

Thanks,
Nathan

Juice is juice, a Nitrous Jet is a Nitrous Jet
So I went with ease of installation and looks.
So IMO Zex is the Kit for me

Does the fuel system need to be upgraded?

Pumps, injectors, etc....

injectors, no, in a wet kit additional fuel is added directly via the nitrous nozzle so no additional flow is required from the injectors.

but upgrading fuel pumps is a VERY good idea.

I hope you plan on doing another wonderful write up and post of pics involved in the install, it would really be appreciated.

Really? In the 70's there was juice, and nitrous jets, but I doubt you'd put that kit on your truck today.

Rob,

Where did you purchase your ZEX kit?

$500 seems to be a good deal.

Thanks,
Nathan
