Drilled and sloted rotors from Auto/Zone?

Hi I was looking online at Auto Zones web site and they show a sloted and drilled rotor that should fit our trucks they are the Aimco Extreme line, has anybody used these and if so to what results? they were not too pricey 115 for the rear and 128 I think for the front and they were listed for the Lightning. also showed a Z rated pad for what that is worth

Drilled stock rotors won't last long. Stick with slotted.
