How to clean MAF sensor

How do i clean my MAF sensor, and what do i clean it with.

I sprayed the wire on mine with computer board and contact cleaner that I got at Radio Shack. It said that it leaves no residue. and then gently blew it dry with compressed air.

use brake cleaner spray, it doesn't leave a residue.

don't use carb cleaner, it will leave an oily residue.

The best and cheapest, rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. Don`t over spray you K&N air filter.
