Unhappy Need predator help

ok well i've been running the predator for a while now and everything has been working perfectly. I'm currently running on the factory HP tune but personally modified a little.

Anyways... today i wanted to modify the tune again so i plugged the predator in and went at it bu this time it wouldn't work.

It says that there already is a tune and that the predator does not support programming ovr a non factory tune. It never said this before?

I even tried restoring the original backup tune and it wont let me. When i try restoring the factory tune it says that the factory tune may already be installed or it is not saved. I dont know what to do. Help

Ive never heard of that before, the only advice i can give is to try again (and cross your fingers), make sure youve got the truck off, and everything turned of (radio, cell phones etc.)...;

if that doesnt work, id call who you bought it from first, then diablo if they cant help.

good luck, sorry to hear about this

Call Diablo @ 561-908-0040. They can help you get it back up again. The stock program is stored in two places, the easy to reach one (normally used) may be compromised somehow. They can talk you through getting the other one reloaded, then you can go back to factory, or whatever. They saved my butt.

Did they say what happened or why it did that?

Was it something that you could fix? or did they need to send you a new file to upload to the pred.?
