Any L owners in here from JAX? I've had my L for over 2 months now and have yet to find another one in my area.

 

I'm not from Jacksonville but I'm not too far away. I've been to Gainesville raceway and liked it a pretty good bit. I'm in Valdosta at the moment going to school.

 

I am here in JAX. I have seen several Ls around.

QWK 150...what color is your truck? what side of town are you on? maybe ive seen your truck around...mine is silver with an aftermarket hoood and a JDM winshield banner.....also there is a guy out in ponte Vedra who ive bought some stuff off of, and dyno tuned with, with a 600hp+ 700trq+ L.......amazing truck...nice guy

 

Mark from Blue Oval Performance lives in Jax. He has a 01 silver L if I'm not mistaken real nice guy you should look him up. I am also from Valdosta so if your by here look me and SNCBOOM up.

Yeah man..I remember you. I had the black '03 that was parked right next to you for tech inspections. Also, I'm not exactly IN Jax anymore. I'm 20 mins north at the navy base in king's Bay. I love Jax though. I lived there the last 3 years, but moved back up to Saint Marys in Nov cuz I was tired of the commute from Jax every day. I finally got thos Bell Techs on, and as far as the air intake goes, I didn't go with the Volant like you, I went with the Air Force One, which i'm installing today. Drop me an email sometime man.....that goes for anybody...I'd love to get together with some fellow L owners.

 

How far is Valdosta from Camden county?

 

You're probably looking forward to the track opening in valdosta. 1/4 mile baby! I know I am. I'm from tallahassee.

 

There were some more guys from up there on this site...but most of them can now only be found on the FL SVT web site.

 

I don't own a Lightning but I live in Jacksonville and have seen plenty of them around the city. I saw a red L coming out of NAS Jax that took off kind of slow at a red light, then all of the sudden he hit the gas. I saw him for a few seconds, but when I got around a turn he was nowhere to be found. Was that anyone from here?

 

I think Camden is about 1hour to a 1 hour and a 1/2. And yes I can not wait for the new track to open I stopped by today they are fixing to pave it BUT it looks like a 1/8th of it is already in concrete. I love Gainesville but this track looks much nicer than Gainesville we will see.
