I pulled my blower so I can send it to apten soon, last time I took the blower off to block off the silencer holes( which seems to be holding up well) it was oil free and now the blower, inlet and intercooler are gettting coated with oil, time for an oil seperator. anyways is it worth it to remove the "*****" right before the intercooler? I don't see how it can hurt and every little bit helps, just wondering if anyone had smoothed out this section after the blower and before the intercooler. let me know what you guys think of removing those things and smoothing it out, otherwise I'll just save my time and leave it be.

 

 

the lower intake has a puddle of oil in it also, not bad cleaned it up with rags but its time for the oil seperator.

 

you have it off show you might as well get some carb cleaner and hit it up

 

of coarse I'm going to clean the intercooler, I was just wondering about grinding the ***** off before the intercooler
