Wish I had a camera..
I go outsite today, and what's parked right next to Delilah (my truck)?
A shiny black Mercedes SL-freaking-600!!! That's right. 600.
Twin turbo V-12 shoved into a car a little bigger than a miata.

agreed ...mercedes wins the go fast/looks prize. SL 600 and SL55
There is a CL65 twin turbo v-12. 612HP and over 700lb of torque, WOW!
Article in Road & Track. I'm sure the SL will get bumped up as well.
viper board has an interesting quote on the SL 55, they say its the fastest accelerating production car from 100-160...
