Street Slicks?

Have any of you ever thought about putting sreet slicks on ur lightnings? Kinda like a hot rod? That would look SICK!! These mickey thompsons get as wide as 16.8 inches. Im sure they would hook pretty damn good, even with 400+ hp. What might be needed to fit these? A good tub kit, cutting of the bed fender wells? What else? Anyone know, try, or even think about it? How good or bad would street drivability be?

That right there is what I wish my car could look like...with a little photshop magic, got a 'little' drop, larger wheels, and some tint. My dream is to have a car that looks like this with the internals of superford's car. But I think puttin some huge a$$ M/T sportsmans on the back will fix the traction issue permanently, and give it that crazy hot rod look. Anyone have experience with street slicks?
