What's the payout for this shootout? I'm thinking about doing this event.

 

When do you have to sign up by ???
I will 75% chance of going I know I am scheduled to work but I'm gonna play hookie..I could use a vacation day but if weather is bad by some chance I am screwed and don't want to waste the day
So is it possible to just show up or do you need advanced notice?

Sorry for the ramble but unless you work shift work you wouldn't understand my situation...lol

Well, I am still interested, however I am at the mercy of others. I am having my roll bar installed as we speak, but my brother is doing it, so it may take him a few weeks, and I won't run at the track without a tune. so it depends if everyone works fast for me.
If I make it, I will be looking to run low 11's or high 10's with my gen 1. I will keep you posted on my progress. If I don't make it here I will see you guys at FFW E-town.

If you provide the pot then there will be a payout. Not 100% sure how Etown will handle it. I am sure there will be something but not sure how much.

Anybody can go. There is no advance registration required but I would like u to email me if you plan on attending just to get a head count for Etown to know what to expect.

well track rental is from 3pm-9pm.
I'll probably be showing up between 2 and 3 to give me time to cool down and put on the slicks. I just hope the "dsm shootout" on the track before us doesnt ruin the track. Gonna be my first runs in the new truck+first runs on slicks ever before too so it should be a fun day.

Well I wanted to attend this and the first FFW in NJ , but with my Army Reserves it will not be possible. With the Hitempo right now I am pretty much locked in and will be going back and forth to NC.

I hope to make it to some of the events toward the summer/fall. My truck is doing great its just my schedule that I cant seem to change.
I will make it sooner or later.

Hmmmm....I wonder if we should bust out the tent and grill for this event.
