What the hell. My girlfriend is on my case for spending money on the L lately. I sick of hearing about it. It never was a problem when she first met me, she got a kick out of the truck. Now, she rolls her eyes whenever I talk about doing something else.

It's getting on my nerves.

I'm sick of it....

Just seeing what's out there.

 

It's about balance.

Whatever you spend on the truck you should spend equal to or more on her. That way when she brings it up, you have a counter point.

My girlfriend does it all the time, then I start spouting of numbers and she doesn't bring it up for a long time. Works like a charm

 

Yeah, I do spend money on her. She thinks I'm obessed, I told her that there are worse people than me, I won't name names.

that sucks dude... my girlfriend wants me to buy ANOTHER lightning and mod it!

she helps me change the tires, unload the truck, take the bed cover off, and fill the power cooler at the track.

 

That sucks.
I have one lightning and I'm looking for another one.

 

My girl never complains about the money I spend on the truck, she has her own obsessions that I could point out... She's not very expensive herself though....thats why she is still around... I dont dig those money grubbers who always want something.

And when it comes time for a show, she cleans the wheels until they are perfect...gotta love that, because I HATE cleaning my wheels. It saves me a good 15 -20 mins that way...

 

Ok Steven, I really like Lightnings but, this is the best I can do.

I will wear a wig and lipstick but, I won't shave my beard.
No heavy petting, that's as far as I'll go and I have to be home by 11.

Man, I hope that truck has some serious mods if I'm going to put myself through this.

my wife is cool, I've already put her through 2 stangs and now my L, but no she has grown to my hobbies a little, when I got the L she was like so...I thought this thing had exhaust (borla) you need to change that I can't even here it and was also saying I need some subs and some bling in the cab...guess I got lucky
